Through Regional Government Council Resolution no. 227/2026, the Madeiran executive authorized MPE - Madeira Parques Empresariais, Sociedade Gestora, S.A. to proceed with the alienation, via land swap, of a plot of land intended for construction.
The operation involves the transfer of lot 11/15, located in Sítio das Ginjas, in the parish of São Vicente, with an area of 2,662 m2 and an asset value of €141,810.00. In return, MPE receives lots 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 of the same park, totaling an area of 2,535 m2.
This measure, based on Base XXIV of the Concession approved by Regional Legislative Decree no. 28/2001/M, aims to respond to the needs of the regional business sector, facilitating the acquisition of lots by established companies and promoting the attraction of new investments, job creation, and land-use planning.
